Goldfinch Native Plant Nursery

Goldfinch Native Plant Nursery is a 100% native plant nursery based in Southwest IN (Evansville). Our inventory consists entirely of species native to this region of the Midwest, with an emphasis on plant stock that has been grown from local genotype seed sources. We sell 100% straight species, and do not carry any cultivars.

We are a retail nursery in Southwest Indiana (Evansville). We have business hours in May/June and Sept/Oct. We are happy to accommodate appointments outside these windows.

We also provide contract growing and can supply 50-count plug trays for larger projects. We specialize in propagation by seed from local genotype sources.

Most of our products are from local genotypes.

The majority of our plant stock is grown from Southern IN seed sources. Remaining species are KY, IL, and MO provenance.
